Goluwe ships our natural West African ingredients — including 
raw shea butter, 
raw cocoa butter, African black soap, hibiscus leaves, and whole tigernuts — worldwide from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Below is everything you need to know about shipping methods, costs, times, and international considerations.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within **1–3 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays). Bulk or wholesale orders may take **3–5 business days** due to careful packaging and quality checks.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery:
- Canada: Canada Post (standard & expedited), UPS
- USA: Canada Post / USPS (via partnership), UPS, FedEx
- International: Canada Post, UPS, DHL, FedEx (depending on destination and package weight)
3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method. We offer **free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD** within Canada.

Note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, carrier volume, or public holidays. All times start after processing (not from order placement).
4. Free Shipping
Orders over **$75 CAD** (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping within Canada. International orders do not qualify for free shipping at this time, but we work hard to keep rates competitive.
5. International Shipping & Customs
We ship to most countries worldwide. All international shipments are sent on a **DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)** basis:
- You (the recipient) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or customs clearance charges imposed by your country.
- We cannot control or predict these fees — please check with your local customs office before ordering.
- We provide full tracking and commercial invoices to help smooth customs processing.
- Some countries restrict natural ingredients; it is your responsibility to confirm that shea butter,
African black soap, or other items are permitted for import.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number(s). Track your package directly via the carrier’s website or our order status page.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or is marked lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution (replacement or refund).
- Damaged on arrival: Inspect packages upon receipt. If items arrive damaged, take photos (including packaging) and contact us within **7 days** — we will arrange a refund or replacement at no extra cost.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes for packages requiring signature or certain carriers.
- Shipping to sanctioned countries or restricted regions is not available.
- Due to carrier rules, some large bulk orders may require split shipments.
